WHAT I OFFER

1-2-1 Personal Training

Bespoke personal training sessions from my well equipped, purpose built studio in Walton on the Hill or at a private gym in Epsom, located within the beautiful grounds of Epsom College. I also offer home training in Kingswood, Tadworth or surrounding areas.

Small Group Training

Tailored small group sessions (2 or more people). Teaming up can be a great way to split the cost of training, have fun and add an extra layer of accountability. These sessions can take place at my private studio in Walton on the Hill, from Epsom College Fitness Suite, at your home or in a local park.

Online Coaching

Personalised remote workouts via Zoom. Ongoing support and guidance via email and WhatsApp. After an initial telephone or Zoom consultation we will devise a plan of action and I will create the framework needed to help you achieve your goals.

Outdoor Group Fitness Classes

I am also the founder and owner of Graft outdoor group training. We offer 8 classes each week. Each class is based within the private grounds of Epsom College. All abilities welcome. For more information and to book a free trial session please visit: Graft Epsom

  • Due to the number of different services that I offer my pricing structure varies. For example, I offer discounted blocks of personal training sessions but the cost is dependent on the number of sessions, location and how many people are training. Please get in touch and let me know which service you are interested in so that I can give you can accurate price.

  • Yes. I offer a free telephone, Zoom or in person 30 minute consultation. This provides a great opportunity for us to discuss your goals in detail. From here we can gain a clear picture of how we can work together and then formulate a plan of action.

  • Don’t worry if you are a little unsure about what service is best for you. The free 30 minute consultation that I offer is a chance for us to chat and decide what will be most suited to you and your goals. Some of my clients ‘mix and match’ according to their situation and what they hope to achieve.

  • Although I am predominantly based within my private studio in Walton on the Hill, I also travel to clients homes. If you’re based in Kingswood, Tadworth or surrounding Surrey please drop me a line and I will do my best to accommodate you.

  • My approach is very much motivating, not militant. My sessions are challenging but rewarding. What we do during our sessions together will be dependent on your goals. For example, if you are looking to gain strength then we will likely focus on bodyweight movements and equipment based exercises using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells etc. Ensuring that we develop good techniques and build a strong foundation.

  • Absolutely not. Personal training is not reserved for “fit people”. Whatever your starting point I can work with you to create a bespoke plan of action with the necessary framework for progression. Rest assured we will adjust the intensity level of training accordingly. I want you to enjoy exercise and look forward to our sessions.
